Through learning and development, nonprofit board leadership, and workforce and career readiness, I help organizations build the systems people need to succeed, and help people find the readiness, tools, and confidence to walk through the doors those systems open.
When all is said and done, I want to be remembered for advocating for the voiceless and equipping people with the tools, knowledge, and confidence to achieve their goals and uncover their broader purpose.
