I'm a strategy and enablement professional in postsecondary education. My work starts where most strategic plans stop, not with the vision itself, but with building the systems, tools, and capability that let people actually execute it. Good ideas fail more often from a lack of infrastructure than a lack of imagination. Closing that gap is what I do.
